Marrying Magnolias offers three packages to choose from, as well as a la carte services.
● Full Design, Planning & Coordination Package: A busy schedule or expedited planning timeline does not have to mean sacrificing any element of your ideal wedding. If having a professional designing and organizing your big day sounds like a dream, let us be there each step of the way to guide and assist you, from flower choices to day-of-coordination services. We are here to be your advocate during your design and planning process all the way through to your big day.

● “Month Of”/Partial Planning & Coordination Package: The two months before your wedding are the busiest time of all, but you deserve a stress-free engagement and a joyful wedding day, without a to-do list! If you have your plans in place but need help executing them, this package is designed to help you! We will set up a meeting to discuss your plans, list of your vendors, and list of last-minute details. This package starts 60-90 days prior to your wedding day.

● “Day of” Coordination Package: If you have all your plans in place but need someone there on the day of to oversee all your vendors, yourself, the timeline, and the wedding party, this package is designed to help you. We will set up a meeting to discuss your plans, your bridal party, and a list of all your vendors. We are available to confirm you vendors and make sure last-minute payments are made to your vendors. On the day of your wedding, we will make sure all your vendors show up on time and we will guide them where to go. This package starts 14-30 days prior to your wedding day. It includes a detailed timeline that anticipates issues and accounts for all the details during your big day, as well as a peace of mind in knowing that everything is on track while you are enjoying your wedding day with your family and friends.

● “Day of” Styling: The Day of Styling package is perfect for you if you already have a wedding planner or coordinator, but need someone to step in when it comes to the installations, set up, and breakdown of your decor.
What is included?
- Up to 8 hours of styling your ceremony and reception site. This includes installations, decor, place settings, menu cards, dessert displays, centerpieces, etc.
- Breakdown of all items once your event has concluded.
What is NOT included?
- All other details in our above packages.
- Decor (unless you have rented items from us).
- Day of coordination or event management.
- Design fabrication. We only style and design from elements that you already have onsite for us to use. However, if you do want to add on customized decor, please fill out a contact form and we will be in touch with a quote.
- Delivery of any items to or from the venue.

● Virtual Services: We know that weddings are expensive, and sometimes, you can't quite find the room in your budget to hire a full-service wedding planner or coordinator. If this sounds like you, you're in luck! We are now offering virtual coordination and consultation services to help you stay organized and double-check all of the details for your special day.
